Living Light Culinary Arts
Today is the beginning of the third week and the last week in Fort Bragg. I have been at the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. This has been an international experience, we have students from the UK, Indonesia, Scotland, France, Belgum, Australia, and many parts for the US. I have been learning many wonderful tips and things I had not even an idea about. The more I learn here the more I realize that there is so much more to be learned. I worked with sea vegetables last week and oh wow, they are so wonderfully, nutritious and so tasty too. This is truly a journey and the discoveries are awesome.Â
