July 23rd “Forget Cooking” Class

Above Photo is the Zucchini Marinara…was as yummy as it looks.

We did it! We had our last “Forget Cooking” class for the summer, and it was so much fun. Do not be alarmed…We will have another in the Fall.

Students, in the “Not Tuna Pate recipe” I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil…I am now recommending adding 1 teaspoon and then if you choose add more. I thought it was a little too much. Start out with a small amount then add…because once you add you can not take it out.

I am off to Fort Bragg, CA. to Living Light Culinary Arts School. I am already excited about returning with some new and wonderful things to share.
