Greetings! I hope you all are enjoying the much needed rain we have just had and that this email finds you well.
My “not to be missed” Asian Fusion class is this Saturday and we have a few spots left! Exciting News!
I am very excited to announce Chef Alicia Ojeda has joined the Beets Café team.
Chef Alicia was one of the senior instructors and the Executive Chef at Living Light Culinary Institute in California, and most recently the Production/R&D Chef for Roxanne’s Fine Cuisine. Chef Alicia is classically trained and has an extensive culinary background both in raw food preparation and instruction. She’s taught classes worldwide and is very excited to now call Austin home.
Alicia will begin teaching here in the Hudson Bend/Lake Travis area in a few weeks.
